About the show:
As we move beyond challenges in life, we often focus on quieting the lingering ghosts as quickly as possible. What if we stopped struggling and paused to honor our suffering, using reflection as a currency for transformation?
In Angela Craven’s exhibition at GRACe Gallery, she uses joss paper, or ghost money, in her newest work as a metaphor for revering our so-called ghosts.
